Let yourself be guided by the advice of our Head Sommelier and his teams and tantalised by the extraordinary flavours of our region.
We will guide you around the core tasting steps:
- Presentation of the wines,vineyards and growing method
- Tasting of 4 wines selected by our Chef Sommelier
- A cheeses selection to accompany the tasting and discover the best wine pairing options
This wine tasting is a collective activity (max 12 people per tasting) - 55€ per person - under reservation only.

Every Saturday and Sunday, under the historic timbers of the hotel, the L'Alambic team offers an afternoon tea in keeping with the cozy feel that permeates our establishment.
In addition to a selection of tempting hot drinks, our Pastry Chef has devised a collection of sweet and savoury delicacies that pay testimony to his refined and gourmet signature.
All accompanied by an ever-attentive service, we are delighted to be able to offer you this special moment.
