Carbon footprint
From the architectural design of the new buildings to the adoption of geothermal energy for the entire estate, our ambition is to explicitly reduce the consumption of fossil fuels, thus taking a significant step towards a minimal carbon footprint.
At the heart of an establishment steeped in history
Our property has stood the test of time.
The very soul of the former convent, dating back to 1613, has been preserved as part of the renovation works carried out between 2021 and 2023. Every detail has been thought through and every solution found to make our hotel a point of reference in Provence.
This transformation was masterminded by your hosts, Fabien and Valérie, under the guidance of architect Antony Micoud, with respect for the site, its past, the environment and sustainable development as guiding principles.
