In addition to the L'Occitane Spa treatments, there is a deep-seated commitment to overall wellbeing through activities such as yoga and one-to-one coaching sessions, tailored to your individual goals. The opportunity to discover naturopathy, through a series of workshops, also offers insights into natural health and the prevention of imbalances.

The architecture of the L'Occitane Spa at the Couvent des Minimes demonstrates the art of seamlessly blending into the natural surroundings.
Laid out over more than 2,500m², it offers just the right balance between an authentic ambience and a feeling of comfort and serenity, in keeping with the philosophy of the establishment, where everything is designed to make you feel at home.
Our sensory journey is composed of the following facilities: an inside swimming pool, an outside nordic swimming pool, two saunas, two sensory showers, a hammam, a multi-sensory pool, a cyclone shower, a salt grotto and a relaxation area.
An immersion into a world of wellbeing
To ensure a holistic well-being experience, L'Occitane Spa also provides a fantastic L'Occitane boutique, a gym, a yoga room and a naturopathic cabinet.
L'Occitane Spa is not accessible to children under 16 years old.
From 16 to 18 years old, the Spa is only accessible under supervision of an adult.

Gym in Mane in Provence
To ensure high performance, we have equipped our gym with state-of-the-art equipment. Treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, cross trainers, ClimbMills and rowing machines are all freely available for a training programme at your pace.
Information and booking
For non-residents, the gym is open from 9am to 7pm from October to April and from 9am to 8pm from May to September. It is open 24/7 for hotel guests.
